Our weight loss seminars include nutrition classes, support groups, informative lectures, and advice on how to lose weight safely.
Currently, the following programs are available:
- Bariatric Nutrition Classes: learn how to eat right and care for yourself before or after surgery.
- Support Groups: receive encouragement, advice, and support from others who have had, or who are considering, bariatric surgery.
